After numerous failed attempts and years of delay, yesterday was the day. Elon Musk’s SpaceX succeeded in launching its most powerful rocket ever, the Falcon Heavy, into pace. It’s a revolutionary rocket in the world of space travel since Elon and his team managed to return two of the three boosters back to Earth, making it a more sustainable (and cheaper) rocket compared to its competitors. Genius! Millions of people watched the launch live:

Elon wouldn’t be Elon without adding a few fun details. He might be a real entrepreneur but more importantly he has a sense of humour, which he also demonstrated last week by launching a flamethrower. Instead of just launching a rocket into space, he also placed a Tesla Roadster inside including a dummy while playing David Bowie’s Space Oddity. “[The roadster will] get about 400 million km away from Earth, and it’ll be doing 11km/s,” Making Tesla literally the fastest car ever.
