Hiking is probably the most underrated sport in history. It lets you clear your head while wandering through nature and getting fit. Sounds a lot better than lifting weights in a sweaty and crowded gym. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to nature, especially not if you’re living in a busy city. In that case, you need to visit Denmark, not just because of its nature but mostly because you can find one of the highest modern hiking routes here.

Because Denmark doesn’t create anything if it doesn’t come in an extremely cool design, they hired architect- and design company EFFEKT from Copenhagen to create this modern hiking route around the Gisselfeld Kloster. The Camp Adventure Treetop Experience takes you on 600 metres long hiking route through the woods on a platform of different heights, which eventually ends in the observation tower of 45 metres high. Love to hike but not so keen on heights? You can always go for a lower level and height.
