Probably best served with bubble tea and definitely pretty enough for you Instagram feed, this new waffle hype flown over from Hong Kong has officially been introduced in London. It looks delicious but what is it that makes these bubble waffles worth coming all the way from Hong Kong just to please us? They are easy to share due to their honeycomb shape, they go perfectly together with fruit, ice cream or chocolate, and they come in original, chocolate and matcha flavors. We guess our summer diet can wait a little bit longer..

Bubblewrap, open every Saturday @Berwick Street Soho, London 10am – 5:30 pm
