We’ve already got our very own ‘Barcelona’ in Amsterdam at restaurant/bar Escobar but now London is lucky enough to get its very own place to enjoy the best of Spanish tapas in town. Thanks to chef Victor Garvey, who’s the mastermind behind Sibarita and Encant in Covent Garden, we can now visit restaurant Rambla on Dean Street. Be prepared because from now on you no longer need to return to Spain just for the food.

At Rambla you can enjoy some traditional Catalan such as tapas, just how we like it. There’s Pan Con Tomate, Cured Salmon Rulada (a roll of smoked salmon stuffed with fried crispy potato with onion escabeche and horseradish), L’Escala Anchovies, Quail Drumsticks with a Pansals Wine Sauce, Butifarra Negre Sliders topped with green apple slaw and the hake with creamy cava and morel sauce. End the festive meal with apricot and almond coulant. A lot to take in? Just visit this lovely piece of Barcelona right in the middle of Soho.
