Summer’s here: time to start making boozy Prosecco popsicles with berries

Recipes we don’t like: the ones with five ingredients of which we only recognise two and the preparation time says 5.5 hours. Not gonna happen. Recipes we do like: the ones that consist of five ingredients of which one’s alcohol. Since summer has officially started we’ll just continue sharing summer recipes, which tend to consist mostly of fruit and alcohol. So this Prosecco Pops recipe from Delish fits perfectly within that list. You’ll only need 10 minutes to prepare them, then 6 hours to let them freeze but then you’ve got the perfect boozy popsicles.

Ingredient list for 10-12 popsicles

  • 1/2 c. Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • Pink lemonade
  • lemonade
