Red floating balloons are suddenly appearing near drains because of the new IT film

What would you do if you’d see a random red balloon hanging from a drain in the streets after watching the IT remake? We can already reveal our move: run for our lives and never look back. Wondering what remake we’re talking about? This freak show:

To promote the remake, the film company behind IT has filled cities with red floating balloons and the text “It is closer than you think” written beside them. Even though we’ve got to give the company credits for creativity we prefer to see more happy street art when walking around town.

Not scared yet? You can watch IT from 8 September onwards in cinemas.
