Compared to other world cities, our hometown Amsterdam is relatively ‘small’. Nevertheless, we find it hard to find a bit of serenity in the busy city. Especially during the rush hours, when not just cars but bikes and scooter are covering the city. The good old times is something we start to think about. Wonder what those good old times look like? This unique photo series shows the untouched beauty of Amsterdam in 1900 (via Library of Congress).
